Pricing is subject to change without notice. Quotes not more than 30 days old will be honored.



Order Processing & Shipping

Due to the high cost of processing orders, we cannot accept orders under $35.

Most orders are processed within 3 business days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays).  We do reserve the right to take up to 1 week if we are awaiting some orders or other unexpected situations occur. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Please give us at least one week before inquiring on your order. Should we determine it would be faster for you, we will have your order either completely or partially shipped from our distributors.

We offer FedEx, Priority Mail, Parcel Post and First Class shipping options. Some may not be available due to weight or your location.

Priority Mail is the name of the US Post Office shipping for packages. It is not priority handling by us or expeidted (2nd day, overnite) delivery by the US Post Office.

FedEx cannot ship to a P.O. box.



Out of Stock Items

Unfortunately some items may be temporarily out of stock.
 
We understand this is an inconvenience to you and we will do what we can to minimize these occurances. When this does happen, for your trouble, we will include a discount coupon good for 10% off your next order.
 
If an item is out of stock we will notify you for instructions. We can ship the balance of the order or you may cancel the order. You will only be charged for the items shipped and the shipping will be adjusted to reflect the lower weight.


Checking the Status of Your Order

If you are ordering within the continental United States, you can expect your order to ship within 7 to 10 days from the time you place your order.

You can check the status of your order by emailing orders@rmgsupply.com   or by using our online chat (located in the upper right of our website). However, due to limited personnel, please allow up to one week to receive your email with tracking information before inquiring.



Return Policy

Our "No Questions Asked" Return and Exchange Policy for all products listed in our online catalog ensures your complete satisfaction.

If you decide you don't like the item(s) ordered from our online catalog, simply cover the cost of return shipping. Providing, the returned merchandise has not been installed, is returned complete and un-damaged we will process a credit for the returned item(s). We do not refund shipping to or from you.


In the event a merchandise return is received after 30 days from the ship date we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20%. Returns and exchanges may be refused if received after 30 days from the ship date.


Certain special orders conducted by phone for merchandise not offered in our online catalog may require either a higher re-stocking fee or be non-returnable, such special conditions will be disclosed at the time of quote or sale .



How to return merchandise


We will include a RETURN FORM with each order. Simply follow the instructions, enclose a copy of the invoice that came with the order and return the parts to us.

If the fault is ours . . . .

If you should receive incorrect or damaged item(s), please call customer service at 866-497-7281 to arrange for pre-paid return shipping on the item(s) and processing of either a refund or replacement.

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to keep your personal information safe while checking out from our site. Your name, address, and credit card information is encrypted to ensure your information cannot be read as it travels from your browser to our server. Just look for the padlock or key in your browser when you reach the page where your credit card information is entered.
Your information will NEVER be sold or given to any other company and your credit card information is not kept once it is processed.



Payment Methods

We off the largest number of payment methods we know of. We accept payment using MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover Card. If you do not wish to send your credit card information over the Internet, you have the additional methods of payment:   
  • Online credit card processing
  • Mail in check
  • Fax or mail in order with credit card information
  • Sorry, no COD's accepted.
    NOTE: Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order (even when some items are backordered).  You can cancel a backorder at any time (prior to when they are actually shipped), and you will be refunded in full any amount that had been previously billed for the item(s) backordered.  When backorders are shipped, no additional shipping or other charges are charged.  Overseas shipments are always shipped complete.



    Special Offers & Discounts

    If you have a special offer or discount code, you can enter it when you checkout in the Promotion Code box. You should see a message confirming the special offer.



    Sales Tax on Order / Exempt Customers

    We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders being shipped to locations within Gerogia. Sales tax is calculated on the merchandise and handling charge total.  We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to other states. However, you may be responsible for paying a sales/use tax to your state and/or local taxing authority on orders shipped to you in your state.

    If you live in Georgia and have a resale certificate, you can fax a completed copy of the Georgia Resale and Sales Tax Exemption form to us at 770-573-7984 and we will refund the sales tax charged. Until we can automate this, you will need to do contact us on each order so we can process the refund.



    Errors in Pictures or Pricing

    Pictorial and typographical errors are subject to correction when orders are placed.
